Premium Manali Tour Package with Private Cab and Rohtang Pass

Three nights in Manali plus the overnight return drive on Day 4, which makes four nights across five days. If you choose Manali to Manali, you get the three hotel nights and your trip ends on Day 4 evening, since there is no long journey home.

Your return journey starts on Day 4. After breakfast you check out and your bags go into the cab. You get a couple of free hours around Mall Road and Old Manali, then the cab takes you down the valley through Naggar and Kullu, and from there the drive continues towards your drop point.

Yes. Your cab is with you from check out right through to your final drop, and your bags travel in it. You are not tied to a checkout deadline and you do not have to leave luggage at reception.

For Chandigarh you usually reach around midnight or in the early hours. For Delhi you usually reach early on Day 5 morning. Both depend on traffic, weather, and road conditions, so please keep a good time gap before any onward flight or train.

Yes. Tell us before booking and we can add a fourth night in Manali with a Day 5 morning departure instead. That night is priced separately and is not part of the package rate.

Your driver takes proper meal and rest stops through the night. If your group would rather break the journey, the added night option is the better choice, and we will say so honestly when you ask.

You are dropped at your agreed location in Manali on Day 4 evening and the trip ends there. The three hotel nights, all the sightseeing, and the Naggar and Kullu day stay the same. A transfer to Bhuntar is not included unless it is written in your confirmation.

Yes. Some guests prefer a slower last morning in Manali. Tell your driver and we simply start the drive to your drop point earlier. No refund applies for the skipped sightseeing.

No. Rafting on the Beas near Babeli or Pirdi is optional and paid directly, and it runs only when the season allows and the administration permits it. The Kullu administration suspends rafting through the monsoon, usually from 15 July to 15 September, and it is generally not run in peak winter. Please ask for it in advance, since it takes up most of the Day 4 afternoon.

No. It follows its own opening hours, weekly closure, and public holidays, and is normally shut on Mondays. If it is closed, the time is used at another Naggar spot. Entry tickets at Naggar Castle and the gallery are paid directly.

Yes. One seasonal Rohtang Pass excursion is included when the pass is officially open, the road is running, and the required permit is available. The vehicle and permit arrangement follows the rules that apply on your travel date.

No. Rohtang is controlled by weather, road conditions, daily vehicle quotas, permits, maintenance days, and instructions from the local administration. Having it in the package name does not mean access is possible on every date, so we prefer to be upfront about this.

We may arrange Solang Valley, the Atal Tunnel, Sissu, and a reachable Lahaul snow point as the alternative day. If no alternative can be run, the unused and recoverable Rohtang amount is handled as per your booking confirmation.

The Rohtang trip runs on a permit with a daily quota, and the official portal also lists Tuesday as the regular maintenance day, though local rules can change. When that falls on your Rohtang day, we swap it with the Day 2 local sightseeing. Day 4 cannot be moved, since your return journey starts that day.

No separate Rohtang refund applies when you accept the alternative and it is completed, because the original excursion has been replaced by another full day route. If neither Rohtang nor the alternative can be run, the unused and recoverable Rohtang amount is refunded. Your hotel, meals, and base transport are not part of that refund.

No refund applies if Rohtang is running and the arrangements are already made, but you choose not to go, report late, or cannot travel for personal reasons.

Standard permit and congestion charges are included when your final confirmation says so. Any new statutory increase brought in after your booking may be charged separately. A permit fee already issued and officially non refundable may be deducted from any refundable amount.

It may or may not. This depends on the vehicle's eligibility and the rules that apply on your travel date. We may use your same cab or arrange a locally authorised vehicle. Whichever applies is written in your final booking confirmation.

No. They are treated as different routes. Day 4 runs down the valley towards your drop point, so it cannot be swapped for a Lahaul trip the way a mid trip day could. If you want the Atal Tunnel and Sissu as well as Rohtang, ask before booking and we will quote an extra day.

Not automatically. Koksar is covered only when the road, weather, vehicle suitability, and available time allow it. It is not guaranteed with every Sissu excursion.

Only as a fallback. Sethan or Hamta Valley may be considered when both the Rohtang and the Atal Tunnel with Lahaul routes are unavailable. They are not included as an extra guaranteed destination.

Yes. Your confirmed cab is private for your booking and is never shared with unrelated travellers. It covers your confirmed itinerary and reasonable sightseeing duty, including the Day 4 route up to your final drop, and is not at your disposal beyond that.

The vehicle depends on your number of adults and children, luggage, pick up option, route, and the comfort level you select. A sedan usually suits two or three travellers with reasonable luggage, while families and bigger groups may need an MUV, SUV, or Tempo Traveller. The final category is confirmed in writing before booking.

Only when Innova Crysta is specifically written in your booking confirmation. An SUV, MUV, or similar category does not automatically mean Innova Crysta. Vehicle colour, registration number, and exact model cannot be promised unless agreed in writing.

Seating capacity is not the same as comfortable touring capacity. Extra luggage cuts into passenger comfort and may need a bigger vehicle at extra cost, so please tell us your luggage in advance.

Yes, all three options are available and each has its own price. From Delhi it is about 500 to 550 km and 12 to 15 hours, and from Chandigarh about 300 to 320 km and 8 to 10 hours. The Manali stay and sightseeing plan stay the same across all three.

A selected 4 star hotel in Manali, quality checked by our team, with a deluxe or equivalent room, attached bathroom, hot water, and in house dining. The exact hotel name, location, and room category are shared before your booking is confirmed.

Only when it is specifically written in your hotel confirmation. The 4 star category alone does not guarantee a mountain view, valley view, balcony, bathtub, room heater, lift, air conditioning, or a Mall Road location. In the hills, room size and facilities can differ between properties in the same category.

Triple sharing rooms may come with an extra mattress or rollaway bed rather than three proper beds. Family rooms and interconnected rooms depend on availability at the hotel.

Yes. 3 breakfasts and 3 dinners are included at the hotel, so 6 meals in total. Day 4 dinner is not included because you are on the road that evening, and your driver stops at a reasonable place to eat. Meals may be a buffet or a fixed menu depending on hotel occupancy.

If you reach Manali after the hotel kitchen closes on Day 1, we request a simple or packed dinner wherever the hotel can provide it, though a full buffet dinner cannot be promised after regular hours.

No. Standard check in is usually 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Early check in and late check out depend on room availability and may cost extra. On Day 4 the standard check out time applies, and your bags then travel in the cab.

No. Room heaters are not included unless your hotel confirmation says so. Many Manali hotels charge separately for a heater.

No. Snowfall and ground snow depend fully on the weather and time of year. Visiting Rohtang, Solang Valley, Sissu, or another snow point does not mean there will be fresh snow or a set amount of it.

No. Paragliding, skiing, snow scooters, tube rides, ziplining, rafting, pony rides, and similar activities are optional and paid directly. Snow clothes, jackets, gloves, and boots are also not included, though they can usually be rented locally.

Yes, on request. It needs extra walking and enough time, so some regular local sightseeing points may be skipped if you choose it. Any transport or route difference is shared with you beforehand.

No. Those stops are completely optional and there is no obligation to purchase anything.

Yes, though please keep the long road journeys, the overnight return drive, and the high altitude Rohtang day in mind. Senior travellers and anyone with health concerns should consult a doctor before travelling, and the added night option may suit them better.

Yes. Every adult should carry an original government issued photo ID, and children should carry something showing their date of birth. These may be needed at the hotel, for permits, or for local checks.

Yes. The shown price may be a starting price based on selected dates, minimum occupancy, and one pick up option. The final cost depends on your travel dates, season, weekends, holidays, hotel availability, number of travellers, room needs, vehicle, and pick up point. Peak season, snowfall season, festive, and last minute bookings may cost more.
