Had an absolutely incredible trip exploring Manali, Solang, Sethan, Khokhsar, Sissu, and Darcha, all the way up to Shinkula Pass and Shinkula Top, thanks to Travel Coffee! A huge shoutout to Preeti Jasyal, who helped us a lot throughout the process. She is an amazing person and went above and beyond to help us create the perfect booking. The entire service was seamless and highly effective, and the hotels she selected for us were absolutely amazing with great comfort and views. Driving through those massive mountain terrains can be daunting, but their flawless coordination made the entire journey stress-free. If you're planning a trip to Leh, Ladakh, Spiti, or any of these mountain regions, Travel Coffee is the way to go!

We had an amazing experience on our Spiti Valley trip organised by Travel Coffee. Everything was well organized, from the itinerary and accommodations to transportation. The entire journey was smooth and hassle-free, allowing us to truly enjoy the breathtaking beauty of Spiti. A special thanks to Preeti Jaysal and the team for their constant support before and during the trip. They were always available to help and ensured that everything went as planned. Our driver was experienced, friendly, and made us feel safe on the challenging mountain roads. We made unforgettable memories, visited stunning places, and had an incredible overall experience. Our Delhi to Kaza round-trip with Travel Coffee was incredible! Huge thanks to Manju ma'am (Manju Mehta) for her flawless management and organization throughout. Special gratitude to our driver, Negi bhai (Prakash Negi), whose expert driving skills kept us completely safe on the challenging Spiti roads. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the pleasant experience with travel coffee. Although, our poc, Ramakant was patient enough to answer all our queries but was unable to resolve any of our issues as decision-making was probably not in his hands. So we booked with them the spiti group package because their itinerary suited us the best, which included 2nights in kaza, 1 in chandertal camp. And voila, as we were about to leave for what we expected to be one of the most excited trips of our life, we were informed 1night in kaza- cancelled. Chandertal stay-cancelled. And the reason was, they got sudden last minute bookings for which they couldn’t manage the accomodation. For few bunch of people, they changed the most important part of our itinerary, even when we booked with them well before in advance. Anyways, with such disappointment, before even starting the trip, we had to comply with what they said. The next big disappointment was, the traveller which they provided. Very old, broken seats. For the trip, which involves 8-10 hrs of travel daily on rugged roads, this is the kind of vehicle you are providing, is completely unaccepatable. Despite repeated daily requests, our traveller was not changed. And they had no answer to that. Just ignorance With them, everything was full of last minute surprises( and not in positive sense). The only pro side was we met some amazing fellow passengers and had a great time. Our trip captain, himanshu was there for us all the time and he tried to make everything comfortable for us to his best capacity. Also, the stays were decent and some were really good. Drivers were skilled and professional. We didn’t face any issues with them. This is probably my 1st negative review on internet, but this was utterly disheartening and i had to post it !!!!! Hope, the management understands that they cannot substitute losar for kaza, and manali instead of chandertal.
Just got back from Spiti with Travel Coffee and honestly — what a ride. The travel captain and stays were great. And lovely Bhai & Himanshu — these two were something else entirely 😉 Friendly, fun, and made the whole trip feel less like a tour and more like a road trip with people you've known for years. Would 100% recommend. Already thinking about the next one. 🙌
