Our Shimla trip with Travel Coffee was honestly so smooth and well-managed. The hotel had a great mountain view, the rooms were clean, and the food was decent too. The cab came on time every day, and the driver was super polite and familiar with all the good spots. What made the trip feel even better was the constant follow-ups from Saurabh — he checked on us every day, helped us plan our timings, and even suggested some cute cafés in Mashobra that we ended up loving. It felt like travelling with proper support. Overall, a very nice and easy experience.

⭐ Worst Travel Experience Ever – Felt Like a Punishment Our trip to Jibhi, Himachal Pradesh with this travel agency was a total nightmare. We paid in advance for a soothing, luxurious stay but ended up suffering. The hotel was under construction, full of dust and noise, which badly affected my husband’s dust allergy. There was no room heater unless we paid extra, no complimentary clean water, no tea or coffee options, and our 8-year-old daughter didn’t even get hot milk. The meal menu was the same every day, making the experience even worse. The agency ignored all our messages, and to make it worse, they have no refund or compensation policy. Completely unprofessional, careless, and heartless — they turned our family holiday into a punishment. Avoid this agency at all costs.
