From the very first inquiry to the last day of the trip, she was there to handle all our concerns and logistical needs. Having that level of reliability both prior to and during the trip made all the difference in our peace of mind. The logistics on the ground were handled with military precision. Our Tour Captain and Driver, Amit Kumar, was exceptional. Navigating a 4x4 Jimny through heavy snow and icy mountain passes requires immense skill, and Amit’s expert driving made us feel completely safe in the harshest conditions. Despite the sub-zero (-25c) temperatures and limited resources typical of this season, Travel Coffee ensured we had top-class food and stays. A rare highlight for a winter trip was having accommodations with separate washrooms and a reliable water supply—a luxury that is almost impossible to find in Spiti this time of year. Special thanks also to Sachin Thakur and Saurabh for their flawless coordination. We had an amazing experience on our Spiti trip with Travel Coffe! Everything was well organized and we truly enjoyed every moment of the journey. A special thanks to our coordinator Ishita, who planned the trip very well and ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish. Her coordination made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Our driver Ravi bayya was also excellent. He is very friendly, professional, and an experienced driver who handled the challenging mountain roads with great skill. Thanks to him, we felt safe and comfortable throughout the journey. Travel coffe guide was very good in explanation of the tours packages according to our need . I have booked package from Delhi to Manali for 5 days . Hotel was good ,But the driver has to be well mannered ... The drivers was money minded trying to make u shell ur money on the activities which he can get commission... He was not at all friendly ... And main thing is the safety . He was nearly always on call throughout the journey raising concerns for safety ,even after repeated request it was so frustrating ...it's like going to have fun and listening his talk all the time with this friends and family ....

Had a really nice experience with Travel Coffee on our Shimla to Narkanda trip. I went with my parents, so I was a bit worried about comfort and timing. But it went smooth - pickup was on time, hotel was clean, and the schedule was realistic (not like those itineraries that look good only on paper). We stopped for tea on the way and the views were amazing. Narkanda felt peaceful and less crowded, which my parents loved. Our agent Saurabh was always available - sometimes we massaged late also and he still replied. That alone makes me trust the company. Overall it felt like a geniune local Himachal team.
