Travel coffee is a great travel advisory group. They have planned the perfect spiti trip for us. It was a 1 week trip. The trip was a success, no issues occurred, constant support was provided by the team, all the stays were brilliant. Would definitely love to have another trip through travel coffee.
I recently completed the Spiti Valley - Chandratal Lake Tour, ending in Manali, organized by Travel Coffee. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience. The accommodations throughout the trip were comfortable, the food arrangements were good, and the bikes provided were well-maintained and reliable for the challenging terrain. The route itself was breathtaking, and the overall trip execution was satisfactory. There was some minor mismanagement on Day 1, primarily related to the coordination by the tour guide, which caused a bit of confusion at the start of the journey. Even when we were heading to Chandratal the backup can was never with us we completed the toughest terrain by ourselves. However, the team managed things better as the trip progressed. One area where there is definitely scope for improvement is the daily rider briefing and overall coordination among participants. A short briefing each morning covering the day's route, terrain conditions, expected riding challenges, fuel stops, road conditions, and possible traffic bottlenecks would greatly enhance the riding experience and help riders prepare better. That said, these were relatively minor issues in an otherwise well-organized adventure. The stunning landscapes, good arrangements, and overall experience made the trip worthwhile. Thank you to the Travel Coffee team for helping create some wonderful memories in Spiti Valley.
Never travel with this travel company. This is the worst travel company we have ever seen. They ruined our entire travel experience. We did not get the hotels they showed us at all. They showed us bookings for certain hotels, but when we reached the place, the hotels had changed. They chose the cheapest and worst quality hotels for us to stay in. Their way of talking and behaving with customers is even worse. We did not get any help or cooperation. This is the first time in my life that I have had such a terrible travel experience and this experience will always be remembered for bad reasons. If anyone is thinking of traveling with them, get a proper confirmation of the hotel booking in advance. Once you buy the package, they show one thing and actually deliver something else. 'Travel Coffee Tour Company' is very poor in terms of service. It would be better not to travel with them. And their driver was even worse. He never stopped the car to see the sights or take pictures. The car was only stopped when the driver himself felt hungry. My sincere request is that if you don't want to waste your money, don't travel with this company.

We booked our kinnaur trip through travel coffee and I must say it was a truly enriching experience. All our needs were catered to and the entire trip was planned under a reasonable budget. Our travel advisor/ agent Ms. Manju was very humble and polite. She checked on us during the entire travel. For two female travellers, safety was given utmost priority. I would highly recommend everyone to book their next trip through travel coffee.

Destination covered Shimla,Fagu,Bhima Kali temple Sarahan, Sangla,Chitkul,Kaza,Tabo,Nako,Kalpa in 7N/8D.
